How we do it.

ONE ON ONE

Private sessions are individually designed to suit personal goals. Drawing upon one or any combination of modalities for personal development including counselling, fitness, yoga, massage, guided meditation, mindfulness, sound, relaxation, meal and menu planning, kitchen organisation, home cleansing and organisation, goal setting, career advice, social coaching, body image, motivation and accountability.

SMALL GROUP

Small group sessions of two or more are tailored to suit a variety of skill level and ability. Drawing upon one or any combination of modalities to suit the teams goals including counselling, eco therapy, fitness, strength, conditioning, cardio, nature hiking, dynamic movement, yoga, guided meditation, mindfulness, sound, relaxation, goal setting, career advice, social coaching, healthy home or kitchen programs, motivation and accountability.

CORPORATE

Online and onsite corporate wellness services are individually tailored to suit your team environment. Boost productivity and morale with a holistic approach to practical and affordable wellbeing programs with one or any combination of modalities including fitness, pilates, stretch, yoga, dynamic movement, mindfulness, meditation, sound, relaxation, massage, goal setting, cooking demonstrations or workshops

NDIS COMMUNITY

Recreational activities support social skills development and community participation for individual participants, SIL teams, support workers and company management. Workshops are tailored to personal or team goals. Improve health, motivation and wellbeing with one or any combination of modalities including counselling, yoga, fitness, meditation, mindfulness, healthy home or kitchen programs, workshops and more.

Who we are.

My name is Chelsea and I come from Yorta Yorta country, home of the long neck turtle, the billabong and river wetlands. My animal totem is the Bee. Honouring our ancestors of the past, with gratitude for the present moment, and respect for our planet and ancestors of the future, I believe that all of life is connected and to be honoured with sacred ceremony.

Qualifications include Certificate III & IV Fitness, 200ERYT Yoga Teacher, Usui Reiki Practitioner, Kahuna/ Balinese Massage Therapist, Dynamic Movement Therapist, Weight Loss and Eating Disorder Coach, NDIS Certification, Outdoor Adventure Therapy, Mentoring Youth, FGASA Nature Field Guide and Master of Counselling & Psychotherapy student.
